Welcoming Aquaculture HK to the SIP Family! |
We are delighted to welcome Hong Kong Aquaculture (Aqua) to the SIP family, marking our HKD 1 million commitment to advancing sustainable seafood production and inclusive employment opportunities for SEN youth in Hong Kong.
Founded in 2019, Aqua operates a chemical-free marine fish farm that integrates global aquaculture best practices with local ecological stewardship. Beyond sustainable farming, Aqua provides hands-on training and part-time employment opportunities for autistic youth, fostering both skills development and meaningful inclusion.
This investment follows a rigorous due diligence process supported by SIP’s strategic pro bono partners, including legal review by Charltons, financial assessment conducted internally by SIP, management evaluation by HR professional Susanna Lau, and an ESG assessment by Pacific Risk Advisors.
Through this partnership, SIP aims to support Aqua in scaling its environmentally responsible operations while deepening its dual impact on sustainable food systems and youth inclusion.

To celebrate the deal closing, Hong Kong Aquaculture is offering a 10% discount to all SIP community friends. Simply enter the code “SIPaq25” at checkout to enjoy the offer on selected fish and health products.

JSM runs an annual pro bono achiever benefits programme to recognize lawyers who contribute more than 20 pro bono hours. This year, in collaboration with SIP, JSM has distributed gift sets and thank-you cards featuring discount codes to these achievers. The collaboration also highlights SPOs such as Kibo, Rooftop Republic, MilMill, Aquaculture HK, and The Nesbitt Centre, along with products from other local social enterprises. Through this initiative, JSM and SIP aim to introduce these SPOs to a wider audience. SIP is active in exploring further creative and impactful corporate partnerships.
