By offering inclusive employment training and job-matching services, CareER bridges the gap between employers and candidates, empowering both parties to thrive in a diverse and equitable workplace environment.

The hybrid seminar for the launch of SIP's report, "Charting Impact: A Decade of Social Investment," highlighted our journey, achievements, and future plans. The event attracted 50 in-person guests and nearly 70 online participants globally. Led by Prof. Albert Teo and his team from Tung Wah College, the seminar evaluated our initiatives using the Theory of Change (ToC) and Social Return on Investment (SROI). The discussion provided insights from our decade-long experience and outlined plans to expand our Social Purpose Organization (SPO) community, inviting collaboration with visionary leaders to drive transformative social investment.

Yujin is a rising senior at Northfield Mount Hermon, a prestigious boarding school in the United States. Originally from Seoul, South Korea, she moved to Hong Kong at the age of one and has lived here ever since. Her deep commitment to helping the less fortunate is evident in both her academic and hands-on projects. With a strong interest in sociology and economics, Yujin plans to major in Socioeconomics, aiming to use her interdisciplinary skills to drive positive change in communities around the world. We are thrilled to have her join us and look forward to the contributions she will make.

Snaildy’s co-founders, Patrick Lau and Rex Law, have been recognized in Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2024 in the Social Impact category, honoring young leaders who are transforming education, business, and beyond in a systemic and sustainable manner. Founded in 2019, Snaildy's software assists parents and teachers in monitoring special-needs students, including their academic progress, medication, and off-campus activities. According to Snaildy, their software is currently used in about 80 schools across Hong Kong, helping to monitor 6,000 special-needs students.
